Hi..
Toujours, Jamais....
They are both adverbs...
They are anthonyms, meaning the contrary of one and other...
toujours=always
jamais= never
Tamais does not exist...
The only phrase I can think of using both side by side would be:
I always never answer the phone when I'm busy...
but that would be improper English and this would not translate with "toujours jamais" side by side in French either...

Toujours is French for always. Tamais means nothing, it's probably misspelled. Jamais, on the other hand would mean never.

as in every day,
Tamais, does not have a meaning,
I would venture to say it is Jamais,
which means, never.
So, it seems to be a play of
words, always, never.....
Always remember to never say never.....
