To "convert" you must say the shahadah. I don't think Christianity would allow you to say this, unless you truly meant it.

They forced the two FOX guys to convert at gun point. They still held them for a while.

These guys kill other Muslims too. Look at what is going on in Iraq. They really are not fighting the US anymore. The major problem there is with each other. The civilian deaths that you hear about are Muslim on Muslim violence.

Nope, there's proof in there religious teachings...

"Muslim:C10B1N176 “Muhammad (may peace be upon him) sent us in a raiding party. We raided Huraqat in the morning. I caught hold of a man and he said: ‘There is no god but Allah,’ but I attacked him with a spear anyway. It once occurred to me that I should ask the Apostle about this. The Messenger said: ‘Did he profess “There is no god but Allah,” and even then you killed him?’ I said: ‘He made a profession out of the fear of the weapon I was threatening him with.’ The Prophet said: ‘Did you tear out his heart in order to find out whether it had professed truly or not?’”

So I guess that even if you make a profession and the one who asks doesn't beleive you he can kill you if he doesn't believe you.

Sure why not? I am not ready to meet my maker yet. Who said you can't convert back after you are freed? Call me a flipflop but I care more about life.

Why would you do something so absolutely ignorant. I say just chop off my head mustafa cause I will not turn from my faith. Might as well just take the mark of the beast while you're at it.

I don't think converting to Islam would "save" me. I'd take the other option.

If you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, YES.

But I would not want to leave it to the last minute like that, because we do not know when the last minute is.
