not THROUGH the state however you can go around if you are in the keys.

hint: Lake Okeechobee has canals linking it with Ft Meyers and I think, Lauderdale..hundreds of boats a year use the system (if there's enough water in the canals).......go web searching using Okeechobee as a search term
