Poke, with an accent over the "e" is traditional raw fish or seafood done to taste. Poke can be made of anything from the sea.

Mapanghey poke sounds like, but don't hold me to this, some kind of Filipino recipe for said such.

Classier answer anyhow.

Good Luck

PS...I am a Hawaii resident, and keep to ahi limu poke, or i just whip up stuff from unseasoned chunks....chili oil, sunflower seeds, chopped green onion, olive oil, fresh minced garlic, fresh minced ginger, sesame oil along with a side of brie and a Heineken. "Poke"
