Dreamweaver is a product sold by Macromedia (Adobe), so it is not illegal.

There are, however, "warez" sites that distribute free or "cracked" versions of the software so that you don't have to pay for it. This is obviously illegal.

macromedia dose offer a 30 day trial, thats legal

Dream weaver as a software it's legal and if you like to purchase go to www.adobe.com and if you like to say that you are weaving a dream ;possibly for your own satisfaction it's great but for the other it's depends how they share your weaving..
