I can make my hair look like that. Blowdry your hair w/a fat brush and a flat nozzle on the dryer if you have one. brush from underneath your hair and straight down. use medium sized rollers and only roll your hair half way up. The layers at your face should be rolled all the way up. Let them sit for about half an hour. Spray them before you time w/hair spray. Take the rollers out and smooth your hair w/a paddle brush. Flip your head over and spritz some root lifter very lightly. massage roots, blast w/dryer for 30 seconds. Flip head back and shake your head. If needed add a dab of shine serum and distribute lightly.

Curl your hair with your curling iron, and let it sit for 5 minutes, then mist with a spraybottle ( i put scent in mine, you dont have to) and then scrunch moose on the ends of your hair.

Girls used to use orange jucie cans when I was a boy, try that, the wife said to use smaller sections of hair and brush it afterwards, I'm bald she is not ... you decide.

use the really fat curling iron, and only curl the ends...dont start from the root

try hot rollers. they will give u looser curls.
