high points for a very offbeat question. first, suicide is out of the question. no matter what, definitely hang around. it all gets much more amusing, i assure you. theater of the absurd is quite a treat. next. i think what you are driving at is that while you feel calm and unafraid at the mental level, your subconscious and your sympathetic nervous system are "conniving" to exhibit stress related symptoms which effect your physical body level--rapid heart beat, shallow breathing, etc. if this is somewhat on target, i would recommend practices which can calm down the symp. nervous system--meditation, yoga, regular exercise, etc.check out those possibilities and include looking at http://www.sahajayoga.com have diligence and work with it for some great benefits. also, you may be an artistic, very sensitive type, in which case a little adrenaline goes a long way. same approach. btw, just for fun, google: "myers-briggs" and see if testing shows that you're an "infp". that finding would go along with the sensitivity aspect. good luck. and, check out *the complete idiot's guide to toltec wisdom*. you'll see why. ;-)

Sounds like you have alot of anxiety and fear. Maybe seeing a mental health professional would be helpfull. Suicide is NEVER the answer to lifes problems. I have panic attacks and anxiety and with therapy and medication I have come out from under the rock I used to hide under and have started to enjoy life. I wish this for you to. Good luck friend.................

Yeah, sounds like an anxiety disorder - easy to fix once you get past the anxiety of seeing a Doc.
Go! It will be so cool to be over this, and it takes, like, almost nothing to fix it.
