There's this guy that i met at a camp and i really like him, and he told me to call him, and i did and he didn't call me back. Girls and Guys, espeically guys, what does it mean?

He may be trying to get over you... or he has another girl back where he is from and he forgot to tell you about her.

When a guy doesn't return your phone call it means he is just not that into you.
If he was interested or even care the least bit, he would have obviously made an effort to speak with you.

He either actually forgot or girl he doesn't feel the same way you feel about him, the next time you see or talk to him ask him how come he didn't call you and if he studders then you know that he his not serious about the relationship.

Exactly what you afraid it does. "Call me" is one of the easiest brush offs in the world. It is kind and puts the burden on the other.
