Think about the airline company you want to work for (American, United, Lufthansa, etc.) Go to the airline's homepage. Usually somewhere near the bottom of the page will be a link to "careers". Some airlines tell you where to send resumers; some even offer to accept resumes online directly through the link. Unfortunately, many airlines are not hiring pilots at the moment.

You can get this information from your local air traffic channel. On your next approach, call to tower on the appropriate local frequency and ask to speak to the Career Development Officer.
