It would most likely be a wart. GO to the doctors and ask them to burn it off. I'm not joking. Burning it off is a good method of getting rid of it. Either that or time, you don't want that wart on your finger for several years, eh? Don't worry, I had it burnt off and it didn't hurt. They just freeze it and it magically comes off. I laughed.

Place that finger in a high set fire on your oven to sterilize the finger and the bump. NO WAIT ! Might burn your finger that way. I'd leave it alone for a few days and see if it goes down on its own. Good Luck ! :)

It could just be a bug bite. If it spreads or grows, obviously it's more than a bug bite though. Or it could be a blood blister, if you pinched your finger really hard or something.

It maybe a wart that is infected..wash it with soap and water, dry it good, put neosporin ointment on it and a bandaide. If not better on Monday call your doctor.
