I have friends who have had issues with depression and their therapist told them to get in the sun, if sunlight is scarce try tanning bed. you don't even have to take your close off! Sunlight helps release vitamins already in you bloodstream, helping to release serotonin

Hi, i think you should try mellow out by esteem.. life support herbals.. it helped me a lot.. i also sleep better.. what's in it?

st. john's wart is a vitmain/herb. it helps with seratonin.
rest and exercise increases seratonin levels
stear clear of stress as much as possible
take a day just for you too

EAT A BAKED POTATO. DON'T COVER IT WITH A BUNCH OF HIGH-FAT CRAP. JUST A TEASPOON OF BUTTER, MAYBE SOME BROCOLI OR BACON BITS.....
POKE HOLES IN A WASHED POTATO, POKE HOLES IN IT WITH A KNIFE, AND MICROWAVE FOR ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES (OR UNTIL SOFT), TURNING IT OVER EVERY 5 MINUTES.
