because wouldnt the flab be colder to warm up

A skinny person would get cold faster, and therefore be cold longer. The fat person would stay warmer at the core because of the insulation. Whales have a thick layer of blubber to keep them warm in icy waters, the outer surface can feel very cold, while the body core stays warm. Same with a human.

it relatively is actual, whether it is not. considering there is extra weight, you have a tendency to get drained simpler, that would desire to intend you're warm. i'm getting warm each and all of the time when I shouldn't, and that i'm too skinny

I think it doesn't have anything to do with skinny or fat, but with how good someone's circulation is.

honestly i have no clue, but with my better judgement i would say it would not matter because people have a certain currculation leavel, and well i would think it would depend on that..but anyways..hope i helped!
