Intellgent conversation - found out more about women as people before thinking about sex. Be polite and if she buys you a drink or does things for you - no matter how little they may seem say 'Thank You'. I recently went off a guy because I thought he was taking me for granted, I did a few small things for him, helped him with his work and was very slow to say thank you.
If you know each other well enough, you can look after her when you go out together eg. if someone has a go at her, stand up for her - that will earn you a lot of brownie points!
Have a good sense of humour - I fancied a guy, who wasn't the best looking in the world, but he made me laugh, so I found him attractive.
It's not all about looks.
