If teeth or excessive tugging is involved, it'll be uncomfortable for a guy.

Here's a simple rule to follow: I'm assuming you're a girl....so just think of the things that would hurt if a guy went down on you i.e. biting, aggressiveness, etc. and refrain from doing those things. It's a sensitive organ...be caring about it.
