You may do well with a life style change if you can get away. At the minimum, you need to find someone to talk to like a friend or pen pal.

I have some ongoing depression myself, regular exersise healthy eating and natural suppliments help alot. email me and i can give you lots more info on the minerals and vitamins im taking. Try to eat vitamin B especialy, that will give you "happy" energy. I would recomend becoming religious, I myself am LDS (mormon) we believe god loves us tons and tons, when other things fail to make my depression go away, my father in heaven makes me feel truely loved and I know he listens when I pray.
You need to look to the root of the problem, its about the fact you don't love yourself, make a list of the things you do like about yourself, and try to remember compliments others have said about you. Make a goal and acheive it in baby steps. Say you want to learn to kickbox or salsa dance, something you have always wanted to do or something that looks like fun. Write down your long and short time goals. have one small thing you do each day that will bring you closer to your goal, like practice for one hour, 30 min, or 20 min.
Find someone you can talk to about your feelings like a theripist (try not to be on a perscription because they do little to solve your problems, just your symptoms), and try to talk to a nutritionist about a healthy diet that you can stick to. If you are excersising you will need more food, not less food.
I take a nutritional suppliment that really helps the depression, I'd be glad to give you more info if you email me, email even if you just need a friend who has been there. best of luck hun!

You have a chemical imbalance. See a psychiatrist. Go to your mental health department where you live. You can definately get help for this and find peace inside. I know cuz I have taken care of people with issues similar to yours.
