It could be a deficiency in B12 or iron. Try adding Salus "Floradix" to your diet. They have a multi-vitamin and a liquid iron preparation. Have a spoonful mixed in your juice daily, keep the bottle in the refrigerator.
It could be a high metabolism and a low carb diet whammy-punch...try eating a slice of whole rye (Mestemacher or Feldkamp). If you eat veggies and fruits...you have a good diet, but if you eat three meals only, you will become very sluggish between meals. So bring along dried fruits or nuts to nibble on around 10 AM, or maybe a beef jerky stick. Have a walk and do some stretches and deep breathing (outside) to pep back up.
If none of this helps, get a physical with a complete blood work to see if you have some other underlying illness.

First I would ask if you are REALLY getting enough rest at night. If not, be sure you're getting the average 8 or so hours. I personally need 9. Everyone is different. Then I would say be sure you're getting enough protein at Breakfast. I get up at 5:30 also. I eat turkey bacon and fiber cereal. That only lasts me until about 9:30 am when I stop and eat a mid morning snack filled with whole grains and more protein like peanuts and peanut butter. This gives me energy to get to lunch. Several hrs. after lunch I eat another snack.
I think it's important to stayed fueled throughout the day so we don't have these lags. :)

I personally don't think eating raw foods is the best thing for you, but be that what may - Go to bed later so that you wake up earlier. But it has been found that taking naps during the day are actually good for you and some companies have started to set time aside for naps. this is because they have found employees work better and have more energy.

if this is a sudden change in your life, maybe you should consider seeing a doctor for a physical and a blood work up to make sure you are free of illnesses and diseases. try eating or smelling something minty and take time to walk for 15 minutes to help get your blood flowing and to get more oxygen into your blood stream. try drinking some ice water or some cold green tea for a quick pick me up. nibble on an apple, fresh crisp carrots and some protein for a pick me up. you need to nibble and move through out the day. if you do take a nap, only rest for 20 minutes or so. if this doesn't help, please see a doctor to rule out any thing like diseases. good luck

The energy vitamin B12 coupled with Folic Acid. YOu are drinking too much water and it is diluting your blood. That is one thing you are doing wrong. The second thing is, stop reading those health booka and magazines.
The third is change your diet radically. Start eating some good Red Meat. that is what you are made of, if you don't believe me, try cutting yourself.
The rest is up to you. It is clear that you current diet is not working for you.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)
