Gluten is found in Wheat, Oats, Rye, & Barley. Avoid foods containing those and you shoudl be fine. So order things such as:
~~Shrimp cocktail, broiled or grilled seafood, french fries, any veggies
~~non-battered buffalo wings w/ blue cheese dip
~~Nachos w/ beef, beans, jalapenos, tomatoes, sour cream, the works! (corn chips)
~~Corn Tostadas
~~Most any Chinese food that is thickened w/ corn starch, which is most of it (rather than flour slurry) served over rice.
~~Gyros, feta salad, hummus, rice pilaf
~~ Loaded baked potato (only real bacon bits)
~~Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Grits, Crispix or Rice Krispies, Milk
~~BBQ Chicken, Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw

Grilled chicken and vegetables. It's hard not to order up that greesy burger though.
