Getting into the Rangers depends on a lot more than your vision. Enlist, do basic and take your specific job training. For most of the elite groups , you have to have been in a certain amount of time, have certain job skills and have excelled in your duty assignments. Then comes the medical and psych clearances and then come the security checks! Concentrate on being the best soldier you can and see if you like the military life before you commit to taking on some of the most dangerous and emotionally stressful assignments!

ok, a lazy eye is just one eye lid lower than the other, it is not bad vision ?

And if you can pass thier vision test you can, but first you have to get into the army, and normally go into a field and then apply to go into the rangers, So get into the army first.
