Hi,
I am a foreign student in an australian university..I wil try to put my issue small and simple...
I stay on campus and still it gets quite lonly at times...so i really want a girl friend..but given my south asian backgroudn it no so easy...
I am not really looking for a one night stand...i want some one to day go out with ..be with share stuff with ...etc...My mates think i can find that sort of person in clubs pubs...but i havent been to those...and never have...
Those of you who frqueant those places..please tell me is it possible to find meet nice people ....?..as oppsed to randoms...and i am nott looking for the hottest bae wither...just someone to be with kid understanding woud do...
any ideas viwes and how to meet a girl?...

Try the library or the workout facility. Join a club that has both guys and girls in it.
Go to sports events where people mingle, or parties on campus. Pubs are not the best thing.
Join a girls' group, maybe take up knitting. Lots of girls will give you advice on what to knit and techniques. This is the latest hot thing for guys to do in the US. Then you can ask a nice girl who knits to go out with you and be your special friend.
