No.
There were actually two Lazarus' mentioned in the NT. One was a poor homeless man, mentioned in one of Jesus' parables. He may not have actually existed; just been a fictional character Jesus made up to make a point. No way to tell.
The other Lazarus was a resident of Bethany, a small town a few miles from Jerusalem. Little is known of him, except that he was a follower of Jesus, and that he took care of his grown sisters (who had not married, that was his responsibility). He became sick, and died, and 4 days after being buried, was called out of his grave by Jesus. He is only once mentioned after this episode, when it is mentioned that he was the target of an assassination plot by the chief priests. The CP's apparantly wanted to "remove" any evidence of such a miracle from the planet, by killing Lazarus.
Neither man's sexuality is discussed in the Biblical record.
The only characters approaching homosexuality, found in the Bible, appear in Sodom (a rape gang) in Genesis 19, and in Gibeah (another rape gang) in Judges 19.

Are you suspicious about his sexual orientation merely because rather than get married, he lived with his sisters Martha & Mary? I'm not sure just why you are concerned about this, but it is a piece of information that the Bible has left out, as unneccissary, like many others (such as what was Jesus writing in the sand as they accused a woman of adultry?).
But if he was gay, and followed Jesus, he must have repented of the behaviors & fantasies the Bible makes clear are unacceptable. [Old & New Testament]

No... The more famous Lazarus was a rich man who was a good friend to Jesus and his disciples. The other was a poor man who went to Heaven in a parable Jesus told. Why the gay question?

I'm sure he was very happy once he arose from the dead--so in that way, he could be described as you say. If you're implying that he was homosexual, I don't understand what would make you believe this to be the case?

It has been theorized he was gay as "Jesus loved him best" and resurrected him from the dead. Of course it is more likely that he was another disciple, perhaps Jesus' favorite, and that his "resurection" was a symbolic ritual performed by Jesus. Facsinating stuff though.

No! He was a young man who was Jesus' friend. He had two sisters, Mary and Martha. Not much else is known about him personally.
