so i like this boy cuz of his cutness and of his personality...i have two periods wit him and stares at me alot ..and i try to not look at him because im afraid of eye contact....he always passes by me in class every 3-4min....always trying to make eye contact wit me...i feel that he likes me but not sure .....does he? my friends say he does ...but y hasnt he talked to me or asked me out already?...tip...he isnt that type of guy who talks too sooo many girls and flirts...so he hasnt approached me yet....i was thinking to but im shy nad not very good at flirting either

Why not lift your head and smile at him for a change? Then he'd at least have an excuse to say something to you!

I think you need to approach him, if he likes you he could be a little shy also in approaching you. A good guy really appreciates from time to time when a girl thinks enough of them to actually make that first move and asking him out. Theres nothing wrong with that and very few guys will ever turn a girl down for doing that cuz they will respect her for doing so. I say he probably likes you and if he doenst do something soon, go ahead and you approach him. Batman~
