i look at his eyes, mouth, smile, teeth, hair, and lastly i check out his ***. I also check to see how he's acting around people because he has to have a good personality and can't be acting a fool because that just turns me off.

It's not the hands 'myth' that girls are looking at. Nice hands on a man are sexy, some women like men with soft hands, other with rough hands. Either way, the nails should be short and clean. Dirty, long nails are a huge turn off.
I look at a man's eyes and smile first. If you are talking to someone, isn't that the easiest thing to take a good look at? If someone has brown, crooked teeth, it's a turn off. They don't have to be perfect, it just needs to look like they actually brush them daily and care about having a nice smile. You can tell a lot about someone by the way they smile, and when they do smile, their eyes change.

Initially when I see a man, I look for how he conducts himself,his manner. I may continue to observe him from afar,to furthure gain knowledge,as to his persona,and determine it's truth,and to his social activities with others around.If I see qualities that i find similar in fashion and quantity I may make eye contact to let him know I'm interested.

dress sense...i start at the feet cause black slip on shoes and white socks with slacks and a tucked in checked shirt and keys hanging from the belt hook is such a no no then the face...then the personality
