i think this guy likes me, we flirt all the time, but hes 3 years older and i think thats why he wont ask me out. it almost seems like as soon as we walk out the door he has to act like he doesnt know me because he doesnt want any seniors to see us...one minute i think he is HEAD OVER HEALs in love with me (tellin me im beautiful and how he wants to be with me) but the next minute its like he cant stand me...and i think i saw him checkin out another gurl...i know this is sort of bad but i really like him and i think he likes me....should i just move on or just wait for him?

There are lots of red flags popping up in your question that makes me think that it would be best for you to cut your losses and move on.
First of all, he keeps playing the "come here, come here, come here, get away, get away, get away" game with you and that's a BIG red flag that heartache is just around the corner if you persue him. Second of all, he's nice to you when no one else is around, but aloof when others are around. Someone who is really serious about you won't hide his affections or check out another girl while he knows you're watching. Lastly, you're still very young, a little too young to be sitting around and waiting for someone who seems to enjoy playing these mind games.
