what is the best muscle to build to look the best(the muscle, if toned, that will make u look the best)

for who you the girls men friends. Girls believe it or not are not that crazy about muscles. Well they are crazy about that one muscle. The shoulders seem to attarct them some, and they apparrently do not like skinny legs.

i dont think there's one answer to this. different people have different opinions. most guys usually concentrate on teh chest and biceps. but if you're gonna start body building, what looks best is symmetry, i.e. you shouldnt have a massive upper body and chicken legs. don't just concentrate on one particular muscle group.

for upper body do chest and tricepts monday back and bicepts tuesday and legs and abs wensday for a more detailed work out plan grab a copy of muscle and fitness
