How do I cure myself of my negative thoughts?

Avoid all the triggers for your negative thoughts and try to act, behave and think in a positive way.
If the negative thoughts are very unusual such as drinking someones blood etc - then go straight to your doctor and see a psychiatrist.

If you are serious, and you want a serious answer? You need to see a Psychotherapist. What you're feeling is a mental condition, that needs medical attention. They will not put you in a psych ward if you are 18 or older. There are many churches that can help you or organizations also. They will have rules though, so how bad do you want help?

You can also write them down on a piece of paper and burn the paper..............symbolizing ridding yourself of them. Smudge yourself with some sage too. ....burn some white sage and let the smoke cleanse your spirit so to speak. Rituals such as these help to get rid of the negative in your psyche. The process of burning the paper is the act of literally destroying those thoughts.

You know what you are talking about is not real . you know youre making your self out to be something that might get you attention. c'mon !i cant even tell if you are intelligent. let go of the wanna beee deranged nerd gig and say what is natural that you know you outta say. ya might even get lade.oops! dont go snitchin me off for implying that ypu might get somethung good outta being kinda normal.
