Frog Legs are great! They're a taste between chicken and catfish, kinda. They're really good as long as they're freshly made and not over salted. No, I've never ate frogs! I don't think anyone does, not in this country anyway, just frog legs.

Oh Yeah, they're excellent! Had many a "Blue Plate Special" of frog legs in midwest (Ohio, Indiana & Illinois) in the 70s & 80s

Frog legs are good battered and deep fried. One of the few dishes from the South that I will actually sit down and eat.

Good stuff...you can make a great scampi with them.
They are better fresh than frozen.
