what foods did u eat ate breakfast,lunch and dinner( as well as snacks you had)?

(i'm need to know because i'm making a poll on something, u don't have to explain that much)

breakfast: 3 cups of coffee and 1/2 cup of blueberries

snack: 1/3 of my son's uneaten banana

lunch: fried chicken, cheese & broccoli casserole, okra, dr. pepper

snack: coke

dinner: romaine salad with cheddar, croutons & chicken

dessert: carrot cake.

woah, looking back this seems awful!!!!! :) oh well, hope it helps!

Major cheating on my diet today:

Breakfast - White birthday cake w/non-dairy whipped icing & Cheddar & Sour Cream Lay's Potato Chips

Lunch - 1/2 cup Fiber One cereal w/1 cup Lactaid Fat-Free Milk

Dinner - Chinese (Rice, Garlic Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Fried Shrimp, Butter Shrimp, Cheese Crab Casserole, Broccoli, Pepper Chicken & Crunchy Noodles)

Breakfast; Poached eggs on Whole Wheat Toast
and a Kiwi
Lunch; Yogurt with fresh fruit
Snack; Hershey's semi sweet chocolate squares
Dinner: Chicken, Potato, Red Leaf Lettuce salad with Walnuts and Balsamic Vinegar
Snack: Pizza, and a slice of cheese
sounds healthy , doesn't it! ( even tho I had two pieces of chocolate!!)

today, was not a normal day but, this is what I had:
no breakfast
snack at 10am was a snack bag of regular potato chips
lunch was a piece of tombstone pizza
and dinner will be a bowl of my homemade hot and spicy chili.
in between lunch and dinner I had a few beers ( they count as a meal, huh ? )

Yogurt for b-fast, then a half grapefruit. Sub sandwich for lunch. String cheese about 2, peach about 4, eating at Outback for dinner (can't hardly wait!)

breakfast: a cup of the with milk, a slice of whole wheat bread with fat free Philadelphia
lunch: home made hamburger with whole wheat bun, mustard and slices of tomato
dinner: brown rice with chicken and shrimp
As snacks I ate a cereal bar, some chocolate and I had a cup of coffee

I had a cuppa tea for breakfast, no lunch and sausages, chips and baked beans for dinner with two slices of bread and butter

Breakfast: yogurt, orange juice or most of the time nothing.
Lunch: a snack(fruit, cookies, chips) or most of the time nothing
Dinner: grilled/baked/BBQ chicken, rice, salad, cheese hamburgers (make those myself), tacos, veggies(all kinds)
