I can vaguely yeah.

Metabolism is how quickly your body process food and turns it into fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and so on.

If you have a fast metabolism you can eat like a pig and never put any weight on. If you have a slow metabolism you can eat very carefully and limited food and still gain weight.

Metabolism is the fee at which your physique makes use of energy. it relatively is in particular desperate via the size of the guy, the quantity/sort of foodstuff they eat, and the quantity of exact interest they do. So somebody with a "rapid metabolism" potential their physique makes use of energy alot speedier than somebody with a slow metabolism, and that they subsequently would desire to eat extra energy to maintain their weight.

Each person is different. The average guy is 30 - 40. My Dad was 30; I was 40. Genetics & diet come into play, too.
