My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

I think that perhaps you could have a bowel problem - rather the small or large. I have a digestive condition to where food moves very slowly from my stomach which makes me sick to eat often and sometimes I don't get hungry for long periods of time. It could be so many things. But the first thing to do is ask yourself: do I have work, mental, relationship, family, etc. problems in my life? Or does this seem to stem from something unfounded? Then you need to find the appropriate type of doctor for the appropriate situation. You're metabolism sounds like it's slow and in disarray from the abuse.
Look for other symptoms you wouldn't normally consider a part of it ~

Its not uncommon for teen girls who are very conscious of weight and looks but not all teen girls. You need to talk to your mother or a family member-grown up that you feel close to for think it would be wise for you to get checked by your family doctor. Your eating pattern will eventually harm your health for you body needs nutrients-vitamins.minerals every day and you need to start eating and esp drinking water every day. Reason I say grownup is because they can take you to the doctor--but if you have a girlfriend or any friend talk about it. Only a doctor can tell you if its physical-thyroid or hormone or maybe because this whole country is so preoccupied with weight ,being thin, atin or not eating that a person just doesn't know what to do anymore and its confused food in your mind and a little bit of counseling will make things right again.

Nope; not normal. Sounds like an emotional issue may be going on underneath the surface.

No, not normal. You have some sort of eating disorder that needs the attention of your doctor and perhaps referral to a councilor.

You are anorexic. Believe me, I was too. I was like this for 2 years and was about 30 pounds under my normal body weight. You need to get help or you'll find you're doing permanent brain damage and reproductive damage to yourself. I learned that the hard way and I'm definitely going to pay for it. get help. Please
