..go to the company's website and do a search for "dxgdigital drivers"..drivers are the programs that are contained on the disk and allow you to download the photos onto your computer..if the search is successful, you should be able to download the drivers and save them to your computer..if the search is not successful, call or write to the camera company..(sony, canon, etc.) and ask for a new disk..

Write (ye olde snail mail) or E-mail the company and ask them if you can get a replacement.

The Bible says "Ask, and ye shall recieve".
This still works in todays' world.
