Seek therapy. Therapists are there to help, not to judge or even condemn you. They'll teach you mindful exercises in order to relax. Don't be the punisher because sooner or later you could be punished real bad. Remember, actions have consequences and sometimes really bad consequences =0( You'll see that little by little in therapy you'll start to realize that it's OK to calm down and still be assertive. =0)

I have:
Dissociative Identity Disorder (Multiple Personality Disorder)
Bi-Polar
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome
I HAVE NEVER BEEN COMMITTED ONCE IN 13 YEARS OF THERAPY!
So please learn what your talking about first. As long as your not a danger to others (and you promise not to kill yourself) they will not put you in an institution. I am currently on 5 medications just to feel "normal" and it works. I take Zonasimide, Trazodone, Paxil, Seroquel and Xanax and I bet I feel almost as normal as "most people." BUT I would hate to go off my medication. Yes, I have homicidal and suicidal days, but I take an extra Xanax and stay in and read and don't mouth off on the internet!
SEEK HELP, sooner rather than later. I don't care if you "think your crazy" your still responsible for your actions as long as you can take your medication. If your beyond that ability on a daily basis then for Gods sake YOU NEED to be institutionalized!

you may want to seek therapy to understand your anger. Therapists do not necessarily institutionalize their clients, that is usually only done when the person is a danger to himself or others.

Being the punisher will definatly make you feel beter, but i dont suggest going into the extremes of shooting up people. And being the punisher does have certain consequences that just might make you mader
Punisher is fun but dangerous
Therapy is safe, slow, and boring

You are confusing therapists with mental health professionals. They are the opposite of you misconception. They see real people not diagnostic labels. You almost have the attitude of a therapistn yourself as they believe in congruence (genuineness) without the aggression of course

Get a hobby. Take one step at a time and don't get excited. Leave the punishing to the proper authorities and do good for your neighbors and community.

Tell you how to solve all your problems. I am surprised that your masturbations have elicited a response.
My only response to you is one that I am sure you would not appreciate so I will make it short.
You need to be turned over someone's knee and given a good spanking.
2nd piece of advice; Get yourself laid, that is your major problem.
