My lasagna is very successful, whenever I make it, my children love it and have second and third helpings and keep asking for more. And it's also very simple to make.
Whenever I make bolognese sauce for spaghetti, (mince and tomato, basically +seasoning+ finely chopped carrot, and onion and garlic when you start the frying) I make double quantity of what I need and keep half of it in the freezer. That way, it's less time and effort when I get down to make the lasagna.
I boil the pasta and prepare the bechamel sauce. You can also buy it ready made.
Then, it's simple:
Grease the oven dish and put a layer of pasta on it, then a layer of bolognese sauce and a layer of bechamel sauce. You do the same again till you get 3 storeys of the 3 layers.
Cover the top with layers of cheese or, alternatively, grated cheese and put it in the oven or under the grill for just a few minutes.
Enjoy it and bon appetite!

This is the best easy lasagna I have ever made. Any one I cook it for just gobbles it up and says how great it tastes. Personally I think it's the mixture of the three cheeses that makes it taste really rich. It is super easy if you use the lasagna sheets that don't need to be pre-cooked. Enjoy!
Easy Lasagna
8 ounces lasagna noodles
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 ounces mushrooms, optional
1 jar (about 16 ounces) spaghetti sauce, your favorite
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon dried leaf basil, crumbled
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside. In a large skillet, brown beef, onion, and mushrooms; drain well. Stir in spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, salt, oregano, and basil. In a 2-quart buttered baking dish (about 11x7x2-inches), layer 1/3 of the lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the sauce and 1/3 of the ricotta cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat layers twice. Bake lasagna for 30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated and bubbly. Let stand for 8 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving. Serves 6 to 8.

Cook your lasagna noodles. Take a large pan (lasagna pan) and oil the botton with a little bit of olive oil. Put in two layers of pasta, cover with half the tuna mix, cover the tuna mix with half the mozzarella.
Pour half your cream sauce and pour it over the cheese. Do the same thing with the next layer, only finish it off with the Parmesan cheese. Cook covered for approximately 30-40 mins and then uncovered until brown.

Normally, I don't care for a thing this gal cooks on TV. But this recipe is marvelous! Don't leave anything out as it's all required for the best flavor (including the vinegar)! Enjoy!
P.S: I usually soften the noodles in a 2-quart pitcher filled w/ the hottest tap water you've got... no real need to boil them first. That just dirties up another pot!
LASSGNA
Salt
1 package lasagna noodles
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 cans tomato soup
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Nonstick cooking spray
2 cups cottage cheese (small curd)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt. Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and arrange in casserole (see below).
While noodles are boiling, brown beef in a large frying pan over medium-high heat, adding chopped onion, garlic and oregano to meat as it cooks. When meat has browned, drain off fat and then add tomato soup and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven for 350 degrees F.
Spray a medium casserole dish with a nonstick cooking spray. Lay noodles lengthwise across bottom of casserole dish. Spread a layer of cottage cheese over top of noodles. Add a layer of meat mixture, then cover with mozzarella cheese and repeat for a total of 3 layers. Finish with a layer of cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbling. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.

Try making your lasagne with sausage instead of burger, this is especially good when you use the hot kind.
