You are very honorable! Stick up for her! Even if it does not help with the other kids she will feel better to know that everyone is not a jerk! Your parents are doing a good job with you!

You are a wonderful person and your parents must be very proud of you. Please stick up for this girl. She is probably very lonely and hurt by the other kids making fun of her all the time. Which would cause her stress which might make her have seizures more often. You might also say something to your teacher about how the others are treating her...or even the school nurse or principal. You don't have to name anyone, just let them know in a quiet casual way so they can be on the look out for it and can do something too.

You should probably make sure with this girl that she's ok with other people knowing that she has seizures before you tell. But you should always stand up for someone if you see a person being wronged. Whether it helps or not, be a kind person and stand up for her.

Well, you could ask them, "What is so funny about a serious medical condition?"

So, what's the big deal about wearing glasses? Appearing nerdy I thought wasn't so bad anymore since nerds usually make more money when they grow up.

Tell them, "Look at Bill Gates. He is richer and more successful than all of you put together!"

Bill Gates is cool. He is responsible for Microsoft.

I think you are a very bright 6th grader. I think you have a big heart and if you feel the need to stick up for someone then do it. I wish there were more people in this disgusting world as good as you. Just walk up to then and tell them to lay off.

You're a kind soul. Just be friends with her. Dont worry about the other kids, sometimes empathy for others is a gift that not many people have.

She can't help the way she was born and you are just the person to point that out to everyone else. We need a lot more young people like you in this world.

follow your heart you sound as if its a big one. i think that even although you might get a bit of stick for a while, take her under your wing and let her hang out in your gang. i hate when kids do this to less fortunates. take my advice and as everyone gets toknow her better through you she'll be accepted and gather a vast following of people to look out for her. poor thing
