Good: Being a virgin is very safe. It makes your parents happy. Virgin pregnancy is almost as rare as virgin birth.
Bad: Curiosity is holy and the source of all true understanding. Sex is holy and the source of all living things. Youth is holy and repression will make you nervous.
Other: Extreme caution is better than abstinence because of fear.

neither one really has a good or bad aspect to it.
now that is considering that you are either a virgin (have not had any sex) or are not one (have had sex at least once)
provided that you made it through having sex once without contracting a disease, or if you did and its one that can be cured and has been done so, there is really no difference. of course this assumes that you have either had sex or have not. maintaining sexual activity is a different case and any potential problems or negative effects are dependent on how much you are having, and with how many partners.
otherwise its just a matter of someone having or not having experienced something, with the both sides loosing and gaining an experience since the non-virgin can never experience life without having had sex, and the virgin living without knowing whats it ls like to have it.
this of course is looking at it from a bit of a frozen bubble moment, but too often not being a virgin is viewed as some activity of sleeping around with anyone and anything, which as i mentioned above is a different case. but a person who has had sex once in the last 15 years does not have a pro or con really over the person that has not ever had it, assuming everything "went ok"

The good things and the bad things about being a virgin are often the same - it depends on which side of the fence you are on.
Such as:
not being pregnant
not being a sl*t
you parents being proud of you
Sometimes there are some good things about being a virgin that are universal such as:
not having a sexually transmitted disease (unless you are talking about being a technical virgin in which case you can still get one, just in a different place)

If you are 14 then its good to be a virgin. If you are 40 then its bad to be a virgin.

There is nothing bad about being a virgin. You are protecting yourself from sexually transmitted diseases and pregnancy. There are no medical illnesses that I know of that are increased in people who are celibate. Having intercourse just for the sake of having sex ie the one night stand can be both emotionally and medically dangerous. When you are really in love with the right person and both of you are committed to one another then can this degree of intimacy be beneficial for both of you

There are no bad things about it.They're all good. And plus, if you do get that feeling of wanting to have sex but your not quite ready, pleasure yourself. And don't say ewww or yuck, women have to experiment and explore their bodies... because when it is your time to have sex you want to inform the guy/girl of what makes you feel good. Know what you want.

you dont have to worry about being pregant you dont have to worry about if you have an std you are pure for your husband
the bad thing is someone out there may not be the one for you so they will go around and tell people that you splet with them and you are a hoe

No STDs...if completely celebate
Bad:
Turn off to some guys (pressure, anxiety, etc.)
naïveté (not getting dirty jokes, or situations)
alienation
