All alcohol (for beverages) is produced by yeast...period.
Beer and wine are simply fermented and the yeast settles out of it as it finishes the fermentaion. Then, the clear liquid is siphoned off, leaving the yeast in the sediment on the bottom. Trappist style ales and microbrews sometimes have a tiny bit of sediment still on the bottom and need to be decanted before being drunk so that you don't accidentally swallow the sediment...though that's not dangerous, just funky tasting.
Spirits are fermented brews such as wine (brandy), unhopped beer (whisk(e)y), and others that are then distilled, sometimes repeatedly, to concentrate the alcohol and flavors, or in the case of vodka, strip all the flavors out. Once distilled, there is no trace of yeast left in the spirit...other than the alcohol.

There's a new drink out called Quinn's which is made entirely out of fruit, even the alcohol in it, so I'd imagine that it didn't have yeast in.

Yeast consumes sugar and pees out alcohol. If you drink wine made from honey you are drinking bee vomit eaten by yeast then peed out. Yummy.
