I know a really nice guy that I would like to date, but he does not seem intersted in dating. We work together and talk a lot and I really enjoy being around him, but I dont know what to do. Im friendly and pretty, but I want him to ask me out. What should I do?

Don't show off your rack. That'll hurt things. Just keep hanging out with him. maybe ask if he wants to go a movie or watch a movie at your house or his house. Just little things like that.

Here's my best answer answer for you. Don't waste time trying to make guys like you. There are plenty of guys out there who REALLY like you btu you just dont know it. Don't waste time trying to impress a guy because he's going to fall in love with the you that tries to impress not the you that you really are. Open up your eyes and look for those guys who actually are interested in you...Give them a chance. They desrve it for sure. You may think they're not for you at first but maybe they are. Remember, first impressions or any impressions overall...are usually misleading and cause losses. So, why dont you go ahead and drop your thought of him and check out those who actually already like you untill he opens up his eyes and realizes that he has a bautirful friend who may be perfect for him right in front of his eyes =]!

Then you should make the first step and ask him if he would like to stop after work for a drink . He may be shy, especially if your pretty. So give it a shot and see what happens.

y cant you ask him out....it doesnt have to be the whole formal "will you go out with me" just while you guys are talking slip in a "hey, what are you doing this weekend?" and if he says nothing or makes it appear hes not really up for what he has planned just throw in a "maybe we can go grab lunch or something" real simple....dont build up the situation so much in your head
