There are very few risks associated with B12 overdose.B complex are water soluble so if anything your pee will be very yellow for a while.Probably not a big deal.If you do happen to feel sick then seek emergency care but I doubt it will happen.Just don't take any more for a few days and you'll purge the excess.I have taken this much before with no ill effects.Metnx is a prescription supplement and it contains twice that dose of biologically active B12 and it's safe.I've taken Metnx with a 500 mcg supp before

These are fine. There are no known side-effects to high dose intakes of B12 (>5,000 mcg per day). High doses of B3 (much higher than you are taking) can produce flushing of the skin and intense itching. There is some concern (it is controversial) that very high doses of B3 for long periods of time can cause liver damage. So, very high doses of B3 should be done under proper professional supervision with periodic liver function blood tests. Best wishes and good luck.

1000 mcg is no od. If there is one it would be many multiples of that doseage. The b group is water soluable as opposed to fat soluable like d and a. Their are b 12 strips for sale that are in fact 1000 mikes per dissolvabel strip and designed to be taken on the tongue every morning so no big deal.

With children it is extremely deadly! Get to emergency room immediately! In adults it effects how your body processes other medication, so there are risks involved.
