What does he like? What is he interested in. If he has a favorite band, buy him a CD.
I will get a guy flowers sometimes and they think it is a nice thing.
You could just get him a card that just says hello. Have fun with the ideas you get.

Flowers.
I have only received flowers from 1 woman in my life.
They were delivered to me at work and was a total shock.
Men buy women flowers regularily, I HOPE, but there is no reason why women cannot send them to men.

give him a Keychain usb memory stick for his puter. Put some nice pics of you on it in advance for him. I have a 256 mb, only $22 at Wall-mart.
He will love it. You could also put a nice letter on there if ya want.
