Not sure how this relates to alcohol, but if I had to pick I would say neither. Frankly I think Brian is more intelligent than Stewie. Stewie just wants domination. He may be smart but Brian definitely takes the cake. He has intelligence and wit.

Yeah. He makes jokes on the instruct, like one time they have been attempting to discover a college for Chris i think of and that they got here across a gay sailor college or some thing and stewie mentioned some thing like have they have been given training for babies?? Lol.
