Here's one for you......

Blueberry Crunch Cake

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
1/3 cup cold butter

CAKE:
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1-1/2 cups blueberries
In a bowl, combine the first four ingredients; cut in the butter until crumbly. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to the creamed mixture alternately with milk. Mix well. Spoon two-thirds of the batter into a greased 9-in. springform pan. Sprinkle with two-thirds of the reserved crumb mixture. Top with blueberries and remaining batter and crumb mixture. Bake at 350° for 65-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing sides of pan. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Yield: 8-10 servings.
