5th commandment
"Thou shalt honor your father and your mother..."
The obligation to honor one's parents is an obligation that one owes to God and fulfills this obligation through one's actions towards one's parents.
The relationship between human beings is indeed the most difficult to uphold.

Honor your Father and your Mother, so the days may be long upon the land, which Thy Lord, Thy God hath given Thee.
If all of us would obey that Commanment, then there wouldn't be so much crime, illigitamate children, and broken homes. homeless children, and drop out kids in school. This is the only Commandment with a promise. It says if you obey this, then you will have long , happy days upon the land. If you dis-obey this Commandment, then our days will be short and un-happy. This goes way , way back in time. And it is so true, as some of the old timers, didn't obey this Commandment and their children did the same. It is past on from one Generation to another.

Why?
Ephesians 2:15 Through his body on the cross, Christ put an end to the law with all its commands and rules. He wanted to create one new group of people out of the two. He wanted to make peace between them.
Colossians 2:14 He wiped out the written Law with its rules. The Law was against us. It opposed us. He took it away and nailed it to the cross.
Galatians 2:16 ...No one can be made right with God by obeying the law.
Galatians 2:21 ...What if a person could become right with God by obeying the law? Then Christ died for nothing!
Galatians 5:4 Some of you are trying to be made right with God by obeying the law. You have been separated from Christ. You have fallen away from God’s grace... The ONLY verse that talks about falling from grace, and they did it by trying to follow the law!
Jesus said he didn’t come to destroy the law, but to fulfill it. (Matt 5:17) The effect was the same. Once fulfilled it was no longer in effect. The very next verse, Matthew 5:18, looks forward to the time when the law would be set aside. "...Not even the smallest stroke of a pen will disappear from the Law UNTIL EVERYTHING IS COMPLETED."
On the cross, Jesus' last recorded saying, "It is finished," is an important milestone. Because of Jesus life, Satan had been defeated. The law was finished and would no longer stand between God and mankind.
The 10 commandments along with the rest of the law ("commands and rules" from Ephesians 2:15) were "set aside" when they were fulfilled or completed at Jesus' resurrection. We are no longer bound by that law.

The hardest 10 Commandment to honor is,"Thy shalt honor thy mother and father.," because to be honest,I really don't like my father and it's hard because I say things to him that doesn't show honor so that means I'm sinning.I want to change deep down(only a little bit), but I think because of the things my dad did and does,I don't want to.

The 10 commandments are the old law, I follow the new law that came into place when Jesus died on the cross for you and me. So this question shouldn't matter to any of us.

The first one...
"I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other gods before me."
It violates freedom of religion, and comes before other commandments like thou shalt not kill/steal. That's just not cool.

Judging from the rest of the world. "Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery" is at the top of the list.

Remember the sabbath and keep it holy. It's hard when everything is open on sundays except chick-fil-a and every two weeks I have to work.

All religious rules are impossible to keep -- they're designed that way. Guilt keeps people coming back to church; it's guaranteed repeat business for priests, shamans, televangelists and related lower life forms.
