I was standing on my toilet and fell off. When I woke up I drew this.

Its almost definitely the wheel balancing, costs only around a tenner or so at a tyre garage. If an older or high mileage car then wheel bearings could be suspect. this would be more expensive but unlikely.

What type of strange things? Is it an uncontrollable vibration and shaking that would indicate imminent systems failure? Is it only a mild vibration that would indicate an out balance tire? Need more information to give advice.

The crank-shaft needs changing, better still, change the car or else the shaking and vibrating when it hits certain high speed will continue and could be dangerous. Be safe.

Speed limiter...the car has a computer that intentionally slows it down (or keeps you from going faster than 88)

Something like what I found here could solve the problem...

Most cars have a point where they shake, usually going below or above that speed cause it to go away. Take your car to have the wheels balanced and they can probably fix the problem.

yes mine to,,i saw blue lights behind mine,,and they caught up real fast to me,,and i got a ticket for activating my flux capacitor,,,basically i was screwed when i went to court,,the judge didn't but my story of time travel,,and i got to pay a nice little fine,,my flux capacitor was nitrous oxide,,now its off there,,good luck,,hope this help,s.,,but it did hit 88 really fast though.
