How old are you and why do you want to be taller? Nope, there are no supplements that will do anything like that, don't you think all the basketball players would take them? Your height is determined by your genetics.
There is a very serious operation that involves breaking the bones in your leg and pulling them apart so they heal to fill the gap. You can only gain a couple of inches even that way though.

There are NO herbal supplements or vitamins that will help you grow taller, If you are still an adolescent and have potential to grow taller ie your growth plates in your bones have not fused yet there is a medicine called Growth Hormone (which by the way is very expensive) that can make your bones lengthen. This would most likely be handled by a doctor at a University Medical Center like Johns Hopkins, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, who is a Pediatric Endocrinologist. This medicine should ONLY be given under an experts direction as the consequences of this medication can be damaging and the effects irreversible.

Good nutrition is the best answer.
Beyond that go to your doctor. If the growth plates are still active they can use human growth hormone, but it should be monitored closely by a doctor because you can end up with one leg longer than the other which will mess up your hips & back, creating a need for surgery. They sell it in health food stores, but it can be dangerous if you are still growing and is not nearly as effective as what a doctor will administer.
Sorry, wizard of oz, you are correct, but our ancestors from the old country are shorter, and their successive generations get taller. Like my husband's grandparents don't come up to my sholder, and his parents are a bit taller yet not as tall as my husband. My family have lived in the US a lot longer and have leveled out. I haven't heard if the researchers have figured that out yet.

There are pills out there that you can take, but how well they work isn't guarunteed. Some can have harmful side effects as well. A way that helped me was to stretch. I found a natural growing program online that had me do all kinds of stretches. I can't find it right now, but just do arm stretches that stretch your back, arms, neck, and legs.

i read an article a while ago that the doc can put you on a pill that will make you grow. i remember at the time it was $1000 dollars a inch. you will have to do a search on this. i read it about two years ago. i just thought that would be really dangerous. but it was true. i just dont remember where i read it at.

How tall you are is GENETIC and there is NO amount of supplements that will make you taller than your pre-programed genetic code.
