It is a Tagged Image File format. Your PAINT program on your Windows MIGHT open it (though some couldn't recognize...).

download and install a program called irfranview.exe a small picture viewing program the homepage website is http://www.irfanview.com I hope this program can solve your problem. Good luck with it.

Right click, open with, quicktime

If you dont have quicktime (most people do) download it from apple.com
