You are not clear whether you wish to work there, or have a procedure done there.
Allow me to make a suggestion. You can get World class plastic surgey done for a fraction of the a U.S. doctor's fee and hospital costs in Costa Rica. Let make several points before you stop reading. The doctors are all trained in the U.S.A. Most of them do their surgery and plastic surgery rsidences in the U.S.A. too. They are American trained. The Costa Rica clinics have the very latest American, European (& sometimes Asian equipment.)
The money you can save is very substantial for the same quality of work. At least enough to enjoy a holiday after you heal up and are released from the clinic. And often much more.

Google the Costa Rica society of physicians and surgeons. also Costa Rica plastic surgery. then run down the references for indiviual surgeons, and their academic qualifications. There are many articles about the subject published in the American press over the last 15 years.
India is far away and you have to check the individual doctors out very carefully. Some Indian doctors are excellent and are western trained. But many others have dubious credentials.
Incidentally, Eastern Europe is the place to go for extensive dental treatments and reconstructions. Again, thorough research is mandatory.

Get Plastic surgery done in India. Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. I have also read that they arrange financing for American and Canadian patients, as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
