Most likely yes.
If your dog begins yelping in pain then take him to the Vet. Pups are notorious for eating things and then getting it stuck somewhere in their tummy. So keep a eye on him and give him plently of fluids to flush it out. He should be fine though.

lol, nah, i doubt it. when i was young, i used to looooooooooooove the ends of matches. i always used to eat them. and while i didn't eat a whole book AT ONCE, i did eat enough during my youth to accumulate to 2 or 3 books. and i turned out just fine.
but take him to the vet if you're worried

He will be fine, trust me. I work at a hotel and this old man that stays there for an extended period of time eats boxes of matches all the time as a snack. If he can do that an survive I think your puppy is going to be okay!! :)

keep a close eye on him for the next 3-4 hours and if anything diffrent in actions,eating, pooping,biting arises see a vet imediatley.

If i were you i would take your puppy to the vet just to see if it will be okay. I wouldn't hurt just as long as you know your puppy is going to be okay.

i have two shih tzus.......i think it will all work out 'in the end'.......
if things get strange, tho...you can call your local animal hospital, and they are usually wonderful about talking it out with you.....
