You cannot make someone like you.
You have to just be yourself. You can smile and be nice to him, but not everyone we like in life is going to like us back. Start being his friend by striking up a conversation. You may not like him as well once you get to know him.
If it is meant to be, he will notice you and your charming self.

they either like u or they dont
u cant pick
only their heart can
n dont be scared
if u get "rejected" as many ppl call it
it just means he isnt the right one for u and that someone else that is better is out there waiting for u.
give it a shot and if it doesnt work then
