Almost every country recycles but not everything.

In Mexico the 15% of the trash is recycled.

And the electricty of the third largest and bigest city in mexico comes from the trash of the city

Umm... I'm pretty amazed by this question.

Well, the US is WAY ahead of the rest of the world on carbon dioxide emissions and WAY behind on conservation.

Have you heard about the Kyoto accord?

Yes, America does recycle, but in proportion to its population and energy expenditure, Americans are behind the likes of Europe and some Latin countries.

Yes because other countries are centuries behind the US and most of them haven't even discovered the wheel.
