1) "eat right for your blood type"- book can be found at the library.
2) excercise for 20-30 minutes 3-4 days a week- especially cadio.
3) don't drink any sodas of any kind, especially diet ones! Plus stay away from anything that claims to be fat-free, low-calorie, sugar-free, etc. Drink tea. Add a bit of sugar if ou need to otherwise stay away from it. Bit a little bit of sugar is nice....
4) NO fast food. If it has a drive thru window don't eat there!
5) Find a natural food store and see if they have some teas or tinctures they recommend. i have drank a tea called "skinny tea" that I bought at a "nature mart" in LA, CA on hillhurst. It helps the metabolism, if they don't have it try finding "tulsi- holy basil tea" I think it's at Trader Joe's. Also helps with metabolism. If you don't wnt to go through that trouble then, you should at least find white tea or green tea.
6) No mayonaise. Use mustard or something that can add flavor, not fat!
7) DRINK PLENTY OF WATER... Adding lemon to it in the morning can be helpful to aid in your bodies system. Sometimes when the body is thirsty people think they are hungy- REACH FOR WATER! Have it with meals and whatever other drink you are having.
8) eat less candy or what ever junk food o normally eat. Go for protein or veges and fruit--- dried fruits can sometimes have the sugar effect you want, especially cranberries.
9) try to eat less bread, potatoes or pasta as possible- at least those made of whole wheat... Try foods made of other more healthy grains.
10) Don't forget to stretch before excercising- It can do wonders for the muscles...
11) go to bed at a decent hour--- the body actually rejuventes itself sometime after 9:30is pm. So try to be in bed by 10:30 pm the latest. And wake up early-- over sleeping also messes with your body and metabloism.
12) Also, positive self affirmation goes a long way subconsciously-- and positive reinforcement is neccessary so find healthy ways to reward yourself.
Good Luck! And have fun.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Keep well hydrated which equals beautiful skin, a fuller feeling belly, a basic toxin flush, lube for the joints and etc. We are Watery after all. Lots of ruffage via your salads and fruits and some seeds. Walk for sure every day for a couple of miles anyway, to keep your metabolism up along with your optimism about your weight loss quest. Easy on the joints and ligaments, the walking along with keeping endorphins active, so you will keep the attitude positive and feel enlivened. I observe that sedentary persons which are many today, live in their heads and have long lost touch with their innate wisdom around self care which really kicks in as we keep moving. It's all about grand design and all that. *** sitting is a death knell to beauty, vitality and the animal within; that is our natural born wisdom that doesn't come from the latest diet scam author - hustler. I do know that you know exactly what to do; it is your birthright, belongs to you. That big mouth on some talk show knows nothing about you, he understands money making however. All the best.

Well, I've only tried a few things, but from what I've heard green tea raises metabolism, vinegar before each meal helps burn fat, red bull can raise your metabolism (or any other energy drink--make sure it doesnt have a bunch of calories though), two tablespoons of honey right before bed and then at least eight hours of sleep can make you lose weight (this one helped me)...there are a bunch of things. If you are confident that the information won't make you go too far, try looking up anorexia sites on a search engine or blog site. They know all the tricks in the book. Like I said, make sure you 100% sure you won't go anorexic or bulimic or anything. Believe me, its not a good path to go down.
Good luck <3

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Dont diet, just cut back a bit on the food, cut out most of the crap and junk. Eliminate soda, especially diet ones. They actually make you hungrier

Oh! Glad you said this. I was watching the Tyra show, and they did this thing that could make you lose INCHES off of any part you're trying to.
http://tyrashow.warnerbros.com/show_recaps/show_recap_thu53.html
You'll have to scroll down to the middle, and you'll see them exercising, but they're wrapped in gauze on exercising machines. I dunno. You'd have to see the show. It really worked. Thinking about doing it myself!
