You bet! Two people do not pass out at the same time unless there is an outside factor as the cause. Not knowing the details, an outside factor could be: ingestion of poison, inhalation of toxic gas, ingestion of drugs, all of which can be assessed and measured through the testing of blood to determine the root cause. There are a few things to look for when people pass out. Especially if the history is not known, Blood sugar is one and a tox screen (alcohol, other toxins and drugs) is another.
